Hi everyone-I hope all is well. As I get questions across my desk, or breaking news that I think is important, I like to write them here so that everyone can benefit. If you get a tip or find something out that you think will benefit, let me know so I can write it here. Here are a few of the things that I want to remind you about:

* Migration of TFIC policies to TCM has begun, remember that even if a policy qualifies for MCA it will go to TCM unless you upgrade.
* If you are keying in a lien holder please do not put USA in the country field, this makes the system take out the address and the mail is returned to the service center
* You may have noticed on the quote screen that there is a new discount, the Farmers GRP Transfer discount, please remember that this is only applicable to current TFIC policies and not to be used for new business. This is the discount to "soften" the blow from TFIC to TCM
* If you are entering in a vehicle and the model type comes up as other, please just hit enter, do not prompt. After pressing enter a screen will come up that should display the correct make and model of the vehicle
* I have had a lot of calls on FARA/FPRA codes. Many people are having problems with the message that ends "use POS to order" Please make sure that all information in the system matches exactly with everything that was ordered on the FARA code, also if it's existing business and you're making a change go to the DA screen and see if a FARA code has even been ordered, or if it's too old and needs to be reordered. All of these things will make that message come up on the screen.
