As President and C.E.O., he
has expanded his corporation

is a much needed insurance agent
evaluation tool to help business
owners select only the most
qualified candidates. In addition,
he has authored two books and
is currently working on his
third titled, So You Want
to be a Sales Manager which
will be available early 2008.
Jeff serves on the Farmers Insurance
Texas Advisory Board, has been
a member of Presidents Council
5 years and was selected as
the Farmers Insurance District
Manager of the Year in 2005.
Jeff is a native of Houston,
Texas and a graduate of Park
University.

Laura Hastings
Office Manager
Laura comes with a very strong
background in the insurance
industry. She began her career
with Farmers Insurance at the
age of 17 working at the Houston
claims office where she worked
for 2 years. She was then promoted
to a position at the Regional
Office in Austin for 5 years.
She has been working for a district
office for the past 7 years.
Recently, Laura was promoted
to the Office Manager position
where she mentors new staff
members on effective training
and agency support.
Laura has proven
she has what it takes to help
new business owners get off
to a quick start. Her commitment
to excellence , vast industry
knowledge, and willingness to
go the extra mile is what makes
her a valuable asset to the
district.
Laura is a
native of Houston, Texas and
currently holds a Property &
Casualty license.

Ana R. Rodriguez
Comptroller
Ana came to
the Agency in 2005 with an extensive
background in Human Resources
and financial management. As
comptroller, she is responsible
for all areas of the agency’s
day-to-day accounting functions
and financial analysis.
Before joining our team, Ana
worked for 9 years managing
a successful dental office.
She has made the transition
very well and has quickly become
an extremely valuable asset.

Executive Administrative
Assistant
Marisol is
the newest member of our team
joining us in 2007. Working
in one of the country’s
most successful agent’s
office for over 2-years has
given her the background to

within each agency.
In addition to her administrative
duties, Marisol has been focused
on the development of our agency
staff. She understands the key
to our success relies not only
on our agent’s ability

Rebecca R. Hunt
Technical Support
Rebecca is our most recent addition
to the team here at ES Profile.
She joins our staff in the capacity
of website development and support.
Prior to her position here,
Rebecca has successfully owned
and managed four businesses
and brings unique insights with
her. She knows what it takes
to run a small business. She
understands the time constraints
of small business owners and
realizes how important it is
to outsource as much of the
human resource function of a
business as possible,thereby
freeing owners up to concentrate
on those functions that are
revenue producing.
Rebecca’s lastest venture over
the past 11 years is as owner
of the Houston-based web design
and development firm, America's
Link. Her expertise in this
area will help assure your ‘ease
of use’ of our website and its
many resources.
We have many helpful HR tools
planned to assist you in running
your insurance business. Rebecca's
main focus will be in assuring
that these tools are brought
to you in a concise, reliable,
and easy to understand manner.
Rebecca is a native of Tulsa,
Oklahoma and a graduate of Oklahoma
State University. She has resided
in the Houston area for the
past 30 years.

Ann is our attorney
and CPA dealing with business
and legal functions of the Jeff
Hastings Insurance Agency, Inc.
With over 15-years of experience,
Ann has been a tremendous asset
offering comprehensive advice
and assisting with the financial
plan for not only our agency,
but for many of the agents reporting
to our district as well.
Ann is a member of the Texas
State Bar, the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants,
the Texas Society of CPS’s,
Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association,
