Texas Property & Casualty Insurance Textbook and Exam Manual

The Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Preferred Set provides an extra measure of review materials for property and casualty producer candidates studying for their insurance license exam. In addition to the license exam manual (LEM), which covers the topics included in the exam outline for that particular state, and the Drill & Practice product that provides additional questions and answers on those topics so that the candidate can test themselves on their comprehension, the package includes an audio CD that reviews key topics from the material—perfect for turning commute time into study time. If the state allows a candidate to meet the pre-license education requirement through the use of a correspondence exam, a correspondence exam is also included in the package.

Property & Casualty Audio Review

This Audio CD set is designed as a review tool for P&C licensing candidates who are already preparing for their exam with our LEM or an equivalent textbook. The product will not include state-specific content, nor will it exhaustively cover the core material of our LEM. As such, it is intended as a supplemental rather than primary study tool.

Professional facilitators introduce the program, ask questions, and then pause to give time for the student to answer. After the student has answered, the facilitators state the correct answer with an explanation (rationale) to ensure that the student understands the concept being illustrated.

Property and Casualty Drill and Practice CDROM

Drill & Practice for Property and Casualty Insurance is a test-prep tool designed for the insurance student who is preparing for the state license exam. This computer-based training tool randomly generates questions in a timed practice exam format. The program checks each answer immediately and includes a detailed rationale. The student customizes the practice sessions by choosing the number of questions, topics and jurisdiction for state-specific laws and regulations. There is no limit to the number of sessions. Although this product is designed for exam prep, it is not to be used as a means of fulfilling pre-licensing education requirements.

The Life and Health Insurance Audio Review, 2nd Edition helps candidates prepare for their life, accident, and health insurance licensing exams. It gives a comprehensive survey of topics covered in the life, accident, and health insurance License Exam Manuals by questioning a student on exam topics and providing correct answers with rationales.

Professional facilitators introduce the program, ask questions, and then pause to let the student answer. The facilitators give the correct answer with an explanation to ensure that the student understands the subject of the question.

Topics generally follow those of the life, accident, and health insurance License Exam Manuals (core content). However, the product does not specifically refer to the LEMs or any other publication. A student can benefit from this product no matter what materials are being used to prepare for the licensing exam.

Life and Health Drill and Practice CDROM


Drill & Practice for Life and Health Insurance CD-ROM is a test prep tool designed for the insurance student who is preparing for the state licensing exam. It generates practice exams and final exams from a bank of over 3200 questions to give the student an unlimited number of practice sessions.

The student customizes the practice exams by choosing the number of questions and topics to be included. The program corrects each question, provides immediate feedback with rationale, and scores the entire exam. The student may also choose a final exam for life insurance, health insurance or life and health insurance.

These final exams will each contain 100 randomly generated questions on general topics, but no state specific questions. Results are available as soon as the exam is completed. Rationales appear when questions were answered incorrectly or flagged for review. Although this product is designed for exam prep, it is not to be used as a means of fulfilling state pre-licensing education requirements.

This Drill & Practice CD-ROM includes modules for all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
