What is your turn around time for delivery?
Normally within 24-48 hours if application is turned
in by 1:00pm.

What areas do you service?
Houston and surrounding areas. If you are unsure, please

Do you sell your appliances?
Yes, we can sell brand new or rental returned appliances.

When you deliver your product, can you remove my old
ones or move them?
No, we do not move or trash your appliances. That needs
to be handled before your delivery day.
5.
What are your rental terms?
We have none. We do a month-to-month agreement.
6.
How do you accept payments?
You can set up your account online or mail in or bring
in your payment. We accept money order, cash, credit
card, and check (except on delivery).
7.
Do we have to give a written notice to have the appliances
picked up?
No, but we request that you give us at least a 48-hour
notice.
8.
What if my washer/dryer will not turn on?
Before scheduling a repair, check your breaker. The
washer and dryer do not usually run off the same breaker.
9.
What if my dryer is taking too long to dry?
Sometimes your ventilation in the wall gets backed up
with lint and other things, so have maintenance check
the ventilation first. You should always have them clean
out the ventilation every few months just to keep good
air flow. Also, your vent hose might be kinked up and
not allowing air flow. If still a problem, contact us
for repair.
