By using the WIB website and service you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time; the latest version will always appear as a link from the sign-up details page.
The service is distributed on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. WIB does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. WIB makes reasonable effort to provide an accurate representation of the public record databases in this website.
WIB does not warrant the correctness of the results of this service. The user utilizes the results of the service at the user’s own risk. Under no circumstances is WIB responsible for any errors or omissions in the database. WIB shall not be responsible for any consequential damages arising out of use of this service.
This agreement entitles the user access to the service for reference purposes only. Should the user (or any third party receiving such information from or through the user) need to be absolutely sure that the information is correct, the user (or third party receiving such information from or through the user) should order a certified record from the governmental agency that supplies the data.
At no time shall the user portray that it is the representative or authorized agent of WIB or any third party. User acknowledges and agrees that it shall acquire no right, title or interest under applicable copyright and related laws in the databases and materials contained therein, or otherwise found in this website.
The user agrees to use this service for legitimate commercial purposes. The user is aware that all accesses are logged. WIB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny access to any user.
WIB reserves the right to change prices, add or delete services, and change characteristics of each service at any time and without notice.
The user agrees to prepay for the service by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) unless the user has an established account with WIB. If the user has established credit with WIB, we will bill the user’s existing account each month.
Users with established WIB credit will be required to pay their balance within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. A 1.5 % carrying charge will be added each month thereafter and the users service may be terminated at the option of WIB for balances over 30 days after invoice. If payment is not received within 45 days of invoice the users account may be closed pending full payment. If full payment is not received before the next statement is generated, a $10 late charge will be added to each following invoice and collection procedures may be started.
The user agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless WIB and all third parties from and against any and all claims, suits, or actions of every name, kind and description arising from or in any way related to use of information by user (or any third party receiving such information from or through user) furnished by or through WIB.
- Provisions related to the disclaimer or warranties, use of information and data, payment for service, terms, and indemnification shall survive any termination of this agreement.
