Bidders should use unit pricing as required in specifications. All bids are due by Monday, December 28 at 1:30 p.m. All bids will then be publicly opened and read in the Jane Long Annex, 500 Liberty St., Suite 100, Richmond, Texas. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened.
