I will provide a complete written Business Plan with the following contents: 


  • Executive Summary - Outlines the entire plan, but in a much shorter form.
  • Company Background - Provides an overview of your business entity, its organizational structure, and how the company operates
  • SWOT analysis - The SWOT analysis discusses your company's Strengths , Weaknesses , Market Opportunities , and Threats.
  • Products/Services - An in depth explanation of your company's product or service.
  • Market Analysis - Addresses the bigger picture of the industry: trends in the market, target market information, a competitive and analytic evaluation of your competition.
  • Development - a description your company's state of present production processes or service.
  • Organizational Management - A description of the background of the leadership of the organization: Board Members the President, etc. It will also address personnel needs, and who does what for the company.
  • Financial Statements - provides historical data for the last three to five years, and projections. This is the section where you are seeking funding. Your statements must be accurate, and based on reality.

I will provide you with a comprehensive report that will include suggestions for improvement. This will include a thorough review of your business plan given your industry, relative business insight and funding requirements. You will receive recommendations for overall improvements in each section of your plan which will cover the following areas:

  • Industry data, trends and forecasts
  • Regional economic data, trends and forecasts
  • National economic data, trends and forecasts
  • Demographic information

During the review process, I will gain a better idea of the following aspects of your particular venture. From the elements of you plan, and can make suggestions for improvements.

  • A perspective on your competition. An assessment of who you compete with, how your business is different, and what you will need to do to gain market share.
  • The characteristics of your customers. A description of your target market. Are there enough potential customers? What are their preferences and resources?
  • An appreciation for your marketing strategy. How do you intend to attract the customer, generate enough sales to cover your expenses and pay yourself a salary?
  • An agreement regarding your capital requirements. The amount of funding needed. Should you borrow money for the high-growth stage of the business? Do you need a line of credit during the down times? How long will it take to begin generating cash flow?
  • A confidence that you will succeed. The owner's expertise and dedication that will make this company successful. The plan needs to include an explicit forecast of the income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet.
