As a Personal Trainer, many people are surprised to find out that my wife and I love to dine out at some of Houston’s finest restaurants.




We try to experience a new restaurant at least once a month.



At Door To Door Fitness,
we believe that the definition of fitness is subjective; i.e., beauty is in the eye of the beholder.



Health Screening-
We recommend that you see your physician prior to increasing your physical activity.



Therefore, our hope for our clients is that they change their lifestyles. This might include:
       -   food intake
       -   cardio
       -   dietary support (multivitamin)              -   resistance training



We recommend doing stretches in between your workout days.  And
see a massage therapist at lease every 2 months. This will help to prevent soreness.
