Being Married To A Trainer Ain't What It's                                        Cracked Up To Be. . . Really!

Most of my girlfriends think that being married to a trainer makes it easier for me to exercise and lose weight. Ha! Just like many of you, I struggle with cravings for ”forbidden foods”, especially chocolate. Here is one of my solutions to combine the chocolate I crave with the nutritional punch my body needs.

Decadent Orange
- Peel and section one big, juicy orange
- Place in beautiful bowl that compliments orange.
- Chop finely 2 ounces high quality dark chocolate.
- Chop finely 6-8 almonds.

- Sprinkle both over the orange pieces.
- Savor your lovely bowl of fruit while reading or    watching TV

* Banana, apple, or berries can be substituted if you    don't care for oranges. Enjoy!
