WIB Remote Software enables our clients to enter research requests, send them to the research processor via modem, then dial back in and retrieve the results. Our clients then print those results to a printer or display them on their screen. Additionally, they also use our software to archive these research requests and results so that they can refer to and/or reprint this information at later dates. The only thing we require our clients to have is a PC**.
