Verifying that the driver's license or identification given is valid, is a legitimate number and does not belong to a deceased individual, significantly reduces the need for extensive background checks.

Rental History verifies all of the applicant's previous and current landlords and includes dates of rental, rental payment, pattern of payment, amount of deposit required and the condition the property was left in after the lease term.

Employment Verification is used to confirm the applicant's current and previous status of employment and it will provide the company name, position held, dates of employment and ending salary of the applicant.

Wants & Warrants is a search comprised of nationwide outstanding wants and warrants issued by local, county, state and federal agencies.
